This trip to Longyan, staying at Longyan Baixiang Jinghua Hotel was my wisest decision, and the service experience was perfect. The big brother in the parking lot was very 🈶service rhythm, and the introduction was quite in place! When checking in, the staff and manager in the lobby were enthusiastic and efficient. Knowing that we were traveling as a family, they helped us upgrade to a family room and carefully introduced the hotel facilities, which made us feel warm when we first arrived. After checking in, the service of children's slippers in the guest room was proactive, helping to solve problems, friendly and thoughtful, and caring like a family. The hotel's catering is also excellent, with a rich variety of breakfasts, Chinese and Western food, and local specialties. The restaurant waiter always pays attention to needs, adds water and cleans the table in time, and the meal is super comfortable. What touched me most was that my child accidentally opened the packaging bag of the charged materials, and the hotel took the initiative to deal with it harmoniously and humanely! 👍👍 Next time I come to Longyan, Longyan Baixiang Jinghua Hotel will still be my only choice.
